Hello, Reader! This is a letter that I recently wrote so that everyone understands why I’m taking the initiative to talk about supplements and human health.

I am Jesse Smith, a 35-year-old man who found supplementation and lifestyle changes a way to get rid of serious health problems.
I used to have a very hectic routine in my 20s, working hard during the day, studying at night, and teaching English on Saturdays.
Pursuing a successful life at every turn, I failed to realize that I was neglecting my own health.
Just like anyone who gets involved in the frenetic routine of big cities, I left physical activity and nutritional education for last, in fact, these items weren’t even on my list.
After suffering for 5 years with severe insomnia, I decided to see a doctor in order to carry out some routine exams.
When I checked the laboratory results, I was shocked: my cholesterol and triglyceride levels were very high.
The doctor himself said that if I continued to lead this lifestyle, I would not reach to my 30s.
Perplexed by the numbers on that paper, the doctor challenged me to walk out the door like a new man determined to change everything.
Health issues like cholesterol were scary, as the risk of heart problems was beginning to arise, but I felt other symptoms that made me fear the lifestyle I led.
Depressive thoughts, anxiety about the future, low self-esteem because of my appearance, and a lack of initiative to go out, have fun, or take time for leisure.
Certainly not. At the same time that I was experiencing this, I realized that my friends and co-workers had the drive to live their lives intensely, and that confronted me inside.
The insomnia that I developed due to anxiety caused me serious mental damage such as lack of memory and loss of reflexes.
I needed to talk to myself in front of the mirror and put an end to this situation.
When I realized that I had put myself on a shelf while pursuing financial success, I deeply regretted it and began researching methods that could help me lose weight and improve my hormonal health, which was so damaged by a life of extreme sedentary lifestyle.
Finally I found the world of supplementation. I studied for months (and I still study today) about the essential supplements that our body needs to replenish the levels of vitamins and minerals that our diet cannot reach.
I then learned that to get better results, I needed to combine the use of certain supplements with physical activity, as I was 15 kilos above my normal weight.
After a few months of my “Start button”, I lost weight, going to the gym frequently, and improved my hormonal levels after a treatment with specific supplements, including:
I also changed my diet, drinking more water and quitting soda.
I discovered a diet with items that could help me in the production of testosterone, such as good fats from foods like: avocado, peanuts, animal fat, and at the same time I eliminated sugar from certain foods that I consume daily.
Unfortunately, I see many young people undergoing psychiatric treatments with strong medications that cause dependence and various side effects.
I even took psychotropic drugs for anxiety and insomnia, and it made me much worse.
With that in mind, I decided to use my own story to convince people around me to change their lifestyle just like I did.
I’m happy to know that I was able to influence many friends who also changed their lifestyle, and for this reason I created Healthwise Station, a knowledge platform about physical and mental health and specific content about essential supplements for human health.
With my content, I intend to influence men to understand that before looking for a way out in dangerous medicines, they can at least try to change their habits to live the best version of themselves just like I did.
